Peeling Hard boiled eggs can be tedious at times. Very often when you peel eggs with your fingers, you end up damaging the white of the egg. The best solution is to use a teaspoon, back of the spoon facing outwards. Not only does it prevent damaging the egg white but it takes a lot less time to peel them.
